HIRE PROCESS
1. Create Your Rental Account
Start by setting up a rental account with us - HERE. You'll need to provide basic information and verify your identity.
2. Account Approval
Once submitted, our team will review your application. Upon approval, you'll receive confirmation and an invite to sign into your account, and you'll be ready to book your gear.
3. Book Your Gear
With an approved account, you can:
- Book Online: Browse our inventory and submit a booking request directly through our website. Once we receive your request, our team will review it and, if all looks good, you’ll receive a payment link to confirm your hire.
- Contact Us: Prefer a personal touch? You’re always welcome to call or email us, and we’ll help you book the gear you need.
4. Gear Preparation
On your collection day, your equipment will be prepped, tested, and ready for pickup. Our team ensures everything is in working order, so you can hit the ground running.
5. Pickup
Collect your gear from our location during business hours (Weekdays, 9:30 AM–5 PM). Please bring a valid photo ID and your rental ID number.
6. Use & Enjoy
Use the equipment for your project. Remember to handle all gear with care and adhere to any usage guidelines provided in our T&C's
7. Return
Return the equipment to us at the agreed date in the same condition you received it, during our business hours. Ensure all items are accounted for to avoid additional charges.
8. Post-Rental Check
Our team will inspect the returned gear. If there are any issues or damages, we'll contact you within 24 hours to discuss next steps.
9. Ready for Your Next Shoot
With the rental process complete, you're all set for your next production. We look forward to supporting your future projects!Additional Information
